Healthy Protein Smoothie
8 oz Vanilla Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 scoop Chocolate Whey Protein Powder (I like Optium Nutrition)
Handful of Spinach
Handful Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 tsp Ground Flax Seed
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Drink up and enjoy! Seriously, you can't taste the spinach. Just ask my daughter! Yum!
